Due to the growing number of instruments in the United States our company has chosen to offer local representation since 2018. Initially only commercial and technical support, but since January 2020 we are proud to serve our customers even better from a new location in Houston, TX (South ring Beltway 8). With extending the product portfolio also the TE-USA team has grown and covers the following disciplines locally;
Quality & Safety
Maintaining a healthy and safe workplace. Manage all accreditations like ISO and continuously develop process efficiency using LEAN/Sigma mechanism.
Warehouse & Administration
Local stock to serve USA customers on daily basis for all parts and consumables. All order and accounting matters.
Sales & Marketing
Direct sales activities in the United States.
Maintain relationship with customers, field installations, service interventions and on-site trainings.
The labs assists in application work for existing or new customers, perform demonstrations and organize customer trainings.
